Welcome Castro Valley Runners!
We’re a welcoming, supportive running group meeting twice per week for easy miles, half marathon training, and building consistency.
Who this group is for:
• Beginner -advanced runners
• Anyone wanting accountability
• Runners focusing on aerobic/Zone 2 -4 training
• People who enjoy community + coffee after
Typical runs:
• Weekday: 3–5 miles at conversational pace
• Weekend: 5–10 miles (adjustable)
No one gets left behind. We regroup often and support all paces.
