WHAT TO EXPECT
As you lie comfortably in savasana (resting pose), you will be gently guided through a systematic process of full body relaxation, gradually drawing attention inward. As the body, emotions and mind completely relax you will remain subtly aware. Sacred sound frequencies will fill the air and wash over you as their vibrations create conscious tranquility that allows the entire nervous system and energy body to reset and rejuvenate. In the Yoga Nidra state, the mind hovers on the edge of sleep, entering the dreamtime. The unconscious mind becomes more accessible, and insights, creative ideas, and profound understandings may arise. A lucid state of divine awareness allows for healing and transformation.
THINGS TO KNOW – WHAT TO BRING
- Dress comfortably
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot (doors open at 12:45 PM PT)
- Yoga mat or towel to lie on the floor (some prefer both)
- Small pillow for head
- Blanket or larger towel to cover yourself with
- Eye pillow (optional) the room will be dim.
- Bolster or large pillow for under your knees (optional)

Rev. Keith, a licensed Minister from the Agape International Spiritual Center, brings a unique ability to foster comfort and unity in his classes and events. His teachings draw from a rich lineage of interfaith and trans-denominational wisdom, complemented by his extensive studies in world religions, indigenous practices, metaphysics, and the spiritual connections within science and the quantum field. In 2001 he began his practice of Integrated Energy Therapy®, channeling Divine frequencies that support individuals and groups in their overall wellness. Rev. Keith is a certified Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) instructor and facilitates group meditations, including sacred frequency sound baths as well as guided meditations and activations. Through a gentle blend of divine intuition, guided imagery, activation, and stillness, he guides participants to their inherent capacity for rejuvenation and inspiration, allowing individuals to experience their own Divinity at comfortable pace
