Péter Ivanics /CTO@Webstar/: "How do we (bring joy to) work"
In this talk, Péter will walk us through how Webstar approaches custom software engineering projects—from the first sales conversation to delivery and closing. By connecting each stage of the software development lifecycle to Webstar’s mission of “bring joy to work,” he will highlight how this principle materializes differently for clients and for the development team—although what feels like progress and delight for one side may feel like challenge or pressure for the other. Webstar’s aim is not to lock people in front of screens, but to create software that enables more face-to-face time in the analog world—because while real problems are not digital, the solutions can be.

Thi Huyen Trang Pham /PTE KTK-student/: "Turning Hiring Pain into Purpose: My A+Test Story"
This talk is about the journey of how personal challenges with hiring inspired me to create A+Test - an AI-powered platform designed to make recruitment smarter and more human. I’ll share the story of how the idea took shape, from frustrations and setbacks to small breakthroughs that turned into a working product.
Along the way, I’ll reflect on the lessons learned: how feedback (both positive and critical) reshaped the project, how missteps taught me resilience, and why the human side of building matters just as much as the technical one. My hope is to show not only what A+Test became, but also how turning pain into purpose can spark meaningful innovation.
