Catholic Nonviolence Initiative – Arch. St. Paul & Mpls.

Welcome to the Catholic Nonviolence Initiative – Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis Meetup group! This group is for individuals who are committed to furthering the understanding and practice of the Church’s teachings on nonviolence and peace in the parishes we belong to.

Join us to talk about what you and others are doing, or would like to do, to organize educational programs about:
• the Church’s teachings on nonviolence
• nonviolence spirituality
• peacemaking skills.

Our purpose is to foster a greater understanding and practice of the Church’s teachings on nonviolence and peacemaking in the parishes we belong to.

Join us to grow your passion for nonviolence and peace and to strengthen what our parishes are doing to bring to life the Church's teachings.

The Catholic Nonviolence Initiative (CNI) is a program of Pax Christi International which is dedicated to:
• Making known the Church’s teaching about nonviolence and peace
• Preparing and supporting people to live out that teaching, and
• Sharing the lived experience of people who are bringing that teaching to life.
