Hike at Montour Woods Conservation Area

Our late summer hike will take place at Montour Woods in Moon Township, along Meeks Run and Montour Run. We'll be hiking along the Oil Well and Meeks Run Trails, passing an oil well, two waterfalls, and a cave, while crossing more than 10 bridges. We'll also check out the new connector to the Montour Trail. Sturdy shoes are recommended.

Estimated hiking time is about 2 hours. After the hike, we'll make our way to a nearby eatery. Parking is limited at the trailhead lot on Hassam Rd. Additional parking is available a short distance away at the Montour Trail parking lot at the bottom of the hill.
