About us
About Us 🥏
Caversham Ultimate is a friendly, social Ultimate Frisbee group based in Reading.
Whether you've never thrown a frisbee before or you've been playing for years, you're very welcome to join us. Our games are casual but competitive, with a focus on good spirit, having fun and getting a good workout at the same time.
You don't need to be super fit, athletic or experienced to play — we'll help you get involved and pick up the rules as you go. Ultimate is easy to get started with, and you'll be surprised how quickly you get into it!
But we're not just about the frisbee. The social side is a big part of Caversham Ultimate. We often head to a local pub for a drink and a chat after playing, and it's a great way to meet new people in Reading.
🥏 When & Where
We play indoors every Wednesday and outdoors once a month on Sundays.
Our outdoor sessions are at Christchurch Meadows in Caversham, next to the tennis courts and just a 15-minute walk from Reading town centre.
📱 Join the WhatsApp Group
We organise our games through WhatsApp, so this Meetup page can sometimes look a little quiet even when we're playing regularly.
Please join our WhatsApp group before coming along — that's where you'll find the latest session details, updates and any changes.
