Each 60-minute sequence journeys through multidisciplinary influences, carefully crafted to take you on a euphoric ride powered by rhythm: from ancient practices such as yoga and tai chi, to modern techniques like resistance training, ecstatic & intuitive dance, breathwork, music psychology, and somatic release. CAYA is fitness with feeling, inviting you to be playful, powerful, and fully immersed in the therapeutic benefits.

SCIENCE-BACKED: The CAYA method is as informed as it is intuitive. The joy you experience is carefully constructed from neuroscience, somatic release, and dance therapy research, meticulously curated by the founders (MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health, HND in Dance Movement Therapy, PGDip in Psychology, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning).

CONVENIENT: CAYA takes the guesswork out of piecing together a wellbeing routine that works for you. It replaces fragmented subscriptions and memberships with a cohesive, invigorating path to physical and emotional wellbeing. It’s zero overwhelm, one app, one session, and limitless vibes.
