## About the event

Join us every Wednesday evening at Cultivate Consciousness Wellness Boutique for a midweek reset designed to help you relax, reconnect, deepen your intuitive connection, and elevate your level of consciousness.

Begin the evening with a 45-minute intuitively led meditation from 5:00–5:45 PM. Each week will offer a different meditation experience, which may include sound bowls, affirmations, gazing practices, quantum jumping, visualization, energy work, breathwork, and other guided intuitive meditation techniques.

After meditation, stay for Spiritual Expansion Hour from 6:15–7:15 PM. This one-hour class is designed to help you strengthen your intuition, explore spiritual tools, expand your awareness, and connect more deeply with your inner guidance in a supportive group setting.

Those attending both offerings will enjoy small bites and community connection time between sessions from 5:45–6:15 PM.
