What we’re about

This group is for anyone looking to get some exercise and socialize. We will meet weekly at a designated location (an establishment that serves adult beverages) around 6:15 pm for a little warm up before setting out at 6:30. The goal is to do what you can (walk or run) and work to improve every week. I will have a 1.5 mile walking course and a 5k running course laid out and clearly marked. When you return from giving your best effort, we can all enjoy a cold recovery beverage. I will have bottled water and Gatorade on hand as well. We will also welcome anyone that just wants to socialize and encourage the sweaty people!

This group is open to everyone. No exceptions. Veterans, first responders, health care workers, and educators are especially welcome!
