- Bring a yoga mat, socks, eye mask, lip balm in case of dry lips, and bottled water. Wear comfortable or loose clothing. Blankets and pillows will be provided by the salt cave.
- You may either lay down on the himalayan salt or sit in one of the zero gravity reclining chairs in the salt cave. There are only 8 chairs. Please message me to reserve a chair - first come, first served.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
- The breathwork can easily be modified for lighter/intense experience, as you prefer.
- Intense experience may include tingling sensations, feeling cold/hot, vibrations all over the body - all signs of body tensions (aka toxic patterns, emotions and associated chronic pains) leaving the body! A variety of emotions may also be experienced: crying, sobbing, laughing, etc.
