- A restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and healing frequencies
- Reiki energy healing to release stagnant energy and support emotional balance
- A calming tea ceremony to complete your experience with intention and connection
This sacred hour is perfect for anyone seeking stillness, clarity, or simply a nurturing space to land before the busy week begins.
Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Water
• Anything that helps you feel cozy: blanket, pillow, eye mask, or bolster
