Outlander Costume Exhibition-Scottish Fiddle Performances

I’m delighted to share that this May I’ll be performing 18th-century Scottish music as part of the Outlander Costume Exhibition at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown.

Between performances, I’ll also be wandering through the exhibition as a traditional Scottish minstrel, sharing music, stories, and answering questions about:

• Scottish locations featured in Outlander
• Jacobite-era music and history
• The traditions behind Scottish fiddle music

This year is especially meaningful as the United States marks its 250th anniversary, with many celebrations taking place across Virginia and beyond.
