Cemetery Wanders Summer Picnic!
We'll meet at St Lawrence's Churchyard, but we'll spend time in the nearby park by the river. Stopping to have a picnic somewhere, instead of going to a cafe.
Feel free to bring picnic snacks and drinks just for you, but also feel free to bring goodies to share. Since most of this event will be outside of the cemetery there are no restrictions on number of attendees, and also feel free to bring along guests. You are also most welcome to join us, even if you have not been to one of our events before, all are welcome.
I don't know this site so well, so we'll simply meet at the church, but do contact me if you have difficulty finding us. I promise I'll be on time this time đ, I'll aim to be at the church about 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Feel free to bring cameras for photography, but do get consent if you want to photograph any members of the group.
Dress for the weather!
As we get closer to the event I will see the weather prediction and decide if we reschedule, but it will need to be extreme weather for that to happen. I will make a weather announcement in the WhatsApp group, but also in the event chat, about a week in advance of the event.
