[Centaurs] Netball Skills Development Clinic: Summer Edition

Centaurs Netball is excited to offer a 2-day skills development clinic to anyone (aged between 10 - 12 years old), both boys & girls who are keen to pick-up or continue honing their netball skills!

Session Timing:

• 14 July 2025 (Monday) - 3pm - 6pm
• 15 July 2025 (Tuesday) - 3pm - 6pm

Where is it held?:

• Australian International School (Indoor courts with Air-condition)

Session focus:

• Strength & Conditioning (**For/in relation to Netball movements)
• Shooting Technique (Developing a proper technique, mantaining consistency & building confidence)
• Attack & Defence (A lot of tips & tricks for our young netballers to learn)
• Circle defence (Variation of lean over shot & proper rebounding technique)

What to bring?:

• Sports attire (with covered shoes)
• Water bottle
• Notebook & pen

Program Leads:

• Coach Aqilah (Ex - Singapore National Player)
• Coach Irwin (Singapore Men's National Player)

Cost:

• $165 nett per player (inclusive of dri-fit tee, socks and snacks) (Payment will be reached out to players separately)
