My hope is that this community becomes a place where people can ask questions openly, share experiences respectfully, learn from one another, and reconnect with deeper parts of themselves in a grounded and supportive environment.
You do not need to arrive with knowledge or certainty.
There is something powerful about human beings gathering together with sincerity, curiosity, and a desire to better understand themselves and the mystery of life itself. In many ways, that is where the path begins.

At its heart, shamanism is not simply something to study intellectually, but a practice of direct experience, awareness, and personal transformation.
This ongoing monthly gathering is designed as an introduction to the foundations of shamanism as a personal spiritual practice and is open to both beginners and those wishing to deepen their understanding of foundational shamanic concepts and practices.
Together we will explore:
• The foundational philosophy and worldview of shamanism
• Developing a personal spiritual practice
• Nature connection and relationship with the living world
• Grounding, energetic awareness, and spiritual protection
• Journeying and altered states of consciousness
• Power animals, spirit allies, and symbolic guidance
• Intuition, signs, and synchronicity
• Healing practices and spiritual self-care
• The role of ceremony, ritual, and intention
• Personal growth, healing, and inner transformationThis monthly gathering is intended to be experiential, thoughtful, grounded, and welcoming. Participants will have opportunities for discussion, reflection, questions, and shared exploration within a respectful and supportive environment. The work during our gatherings is one that fosters inner healing, shifted perceptions and transforming wounds at the root level.
