Across cultures and throughout history, shamanism has offered human beings a path of healing, inner exploration, spiritual connection, and relationship with the living world. At its heart, shamanism is not simply something to study intellectually, but a practice of direct experience, awareness, and personal transformation.

This ongoing monthly gathering is designed as an introduction to the foundations of shamanism as a personal spiritual practice and is open to both beginners and those wishing to deepen their understanding of foundational shamanic concepts and practices.

Together we will explore:
• The foundational philosophy and worldview of shamanism
• Developing a personal spiritual practice
• Nature connection and relationship with the living world
• Grounding, energetic awareness, and spiritual protection
• Journeying and altered states of consciousness
• Power animals, spirit allies, and symbolic guidance
• Intuition, signs, and synchronicity
• Healing practices and spiritual self-care
• The role of ceremony, ritual, and intention
• Personal growth, healing, and inner transformation

This monthly gathering is intended to be experiential, thoughtful, grounded, and welcoming. Participants will have opportunities for discussion, reflection, questions, and shared exploration within a respectful and supportive environment.

The work during our gatherings is one that fosters inner healing, shifted perceptions and transforming wounds at the root level.
