CHRISTMAS IN GREENBELT PARK

SUN.DEC. 25 GREENBELT PARK: Hike 5-6 easy miles in this beautiful tree-lined park. Located a short distance from Washington D.C., this park has been described as a "peaceful escape from the pressures of urban life."

Optional early dinner at a Chinese restaurant.

Meet 11:00 a.m. at Cheverly Metro Station (there may be a parking fee for cars) or 11:35 a.m. at Dogwood parking lot in Greenbelt Park.

As we car pool from the metro station to the trail head, your costs will include a $1 car pool fee (+ $2 for nonmembers)

No need to make reservations, but be mindful that a critical number of drivers and cars are needed to ferry people from the metro to the trail head.
