*For the convenience of all golf participants, the following rules and policies apply to this event:*

1. *Advance Payment Requirement*
Payment is collected in advance through the official account of CenterCity.Events in order to reserve Topgolf bays for the scheduled 1.5-hour session. Because reservations are prepaid, refund requests made within twenty-four (24) hours of the event start time cannot be honored.

2. *Minimum Attendance Requirement / Event Cancellation*
If fewer than three (3) confirmed participants, including the host, are listed on the participant roster twenty-four (24) hours prior to the event, the event may be canceled. In such case, all paid participants will receive a full refund to the original payment method used.

3. *Scope of Included Fees*
Participant payments cover one hour thirty minutes of Topgolf bay/game access. Any food, beverages, or additional purchases are the sole responsibility of each participant and must be paid directly by the individual.

4. *Compliance With Terms of Service*
All participants are required to comply with the applicable Terms of Service, venue rules, and any event guidelines established by CenterCity.Events and Topgolf.

5. *Participant List Requirement*
To avoid misunderstandings and to comply with venue policies, only individuals officially listed on the confirmed participant roster may attend the event. Walk-ins, observers, guests “just stopping by,” or individuals attending solely to watch are not permitted unless expressly approved in advance.

6. *Attendance and Spot Availability*
Participants who do not attend their reserved session are not guaranteed a game spot at any future event. Topgolf bay availability and participant capacity may change at any time, and all spots are subject to availability at the time of booking. CenterCity.Events cannot reserve or hold replacement spots for participants who miss their scheduled session.
