Come enjoy a cold beverage, check-in for the event or just hang out with your fellow paddlers. There will be drink specials throughout the evening.

Saturday, Sept 13th, 2014 - Race Day

7:00- 8:45 AM Registration Open: Come on down and check in or signup on the docks if you have not already registered for the races happening today. Registration will be on the docks at the Texas Rowing Center. Look for the SUPATX tents.

9:00 AM: 5K / 10K Start

11:30 AM: Rule 7 Event Start

12:00 – 4:00PM Awards and After Party:

Awards: Following the final event, join us for an event post party at Aussies Grill and Beach Bar. Come for the camaraderie, share your event stories and celebrate the winners as they receive their awards.

WPA info

5K and 10k are Sanctioned by WPA (World Paddle Association) The following age divisions will receive points for rankings to qualify for both Regional and World Championships in both the 5K Paddle and the 10k Paddle for registered WPA Athletes Recognized.

WPA divisions for these races include:

a) 17 under on all board classes and gender

b) 18-29 on all board classes and gender

c) 30-39 on all board classes and gender

d) 40-49 on all board classes and gender

e) 50+ on all board classes and gender
