Join us for a share & discussion on ND and how it interacts with getting Rest & Relaxation or being Restless instead. I know I personally have issues with being restless until the point of burntout or exhaustion. One way to describe the ND brain is "a race car engine with bicycle breaks." In this session will explore why its so important to get rest, how you can break out of restlessness, and what works for you!
As a peer support group, we aim to create a safe and inclusive space where participants can share their experiences, learn from one another, and provide mutual support. This is not a replacement for therapy but works best alongside other treatments!
