This Meetup is welcome to all that would like to explore spiritual growth, self-empowerment, and expand consciousness through wellness and energy healing modalities such as reiki, breathwork, and sound healing. Meetups are held by Jamie Dubin at studios, private residences, and in nature throughout San Luis Obispo county.
Breathwork, Reiki, and Sound Healing with crystal bowls can enhance your life spiritually, emotionally, and physically. These modalities are known to improve sleep, reduce stress, relieve anxiety and depression, strengthen the immune system, expand consciousness, explore spirituality, and induce deep inner-peace and relaxation. We learn how to harness the sacred healing power of our own breath and sound so we can find and embrace our inner healer.

This event is upstairs (no elevator).Important Info: If you reserve a hammock spot you must take off jewelry (earrings/rings/bracelets/necklaces), belts with studs, and watches before entering the hammock. These items can tear the hammock and create a safety risk for you and others. Thank you for understanding!
Please arrive early so we can start on time. Give yourself enough time for downtown parking. The door locks when class starts.
Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume and cologne.What to bring: You may bring a blanket and eye mask for comfort. If you choose a grounding floor space, bring a yoga mat or you can rent one for $2.

Breathe in the ocean air, feel the steady rhythm of the waves below, and allow the soothing tones of crystal alchemy bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to wash through your body and mind.

All Are Welcome: This is a relaxed community gathering—no prior meditation or sound-healing experience needed. Families, friends, and solo travelers alike are invited.Sliding-Scale Contribution:

Donation-based event: Donate between $0-40 (average donation is $25), but you can pay whatever you can afford. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Your contribution helps cover event costs and supports future accessible offerings. Although you can come for free, please reserve your spot either way, so I can have your contact info in case of weather changes/cancellations.Restrooms: There is no bathroom on site. The nearest public restroom is at Dinosaur Caves Park. Please plan accordingly.
What To Bring
- A yoga mat, blanket, or low beach chair
- Layers to stay warm once the sun dips
- Eye pillow or scarf for deeper rest (optional)
- Water or a warm drink for post-bath mingling

Park on the public street of Ebb Tide Ln - it is a roundabout street. From there, walk towards the shoreline - you will see us set up on the grassy bluff on the north end of the park.
