Join Jamie Dubin and Morgan Dehmohseni for a healing experience of self-care, movement, and vibrational bliss.

Morgan guides a supportive restorative-inspired yoga practice, inviting presence to unfold through supportive deep release. We set intentions for the summer solstice as we dive into peaceful states of being.

Jamie will then take us on a nurturing, balancing, and vibrational sound healing journey. Jamie uses crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and many other instruments to aid in releasing stress and tension.
