The Central Coast Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) is an investor group that focuses on local real estate investing. Founded in 2010, we are the premier group to learn how to invest in real estate without the hype of glamorized TV shows and Internet gurus. We are here to teach you through the strategies we have used. Investing in real estate has risks and we are here to help minimize those risks.
