Backpacking the Timberline Trail in Oregon

Details

What is going on everyone? This will be one Epic Trip! This will be a 4 day, 3 night trip around the majestic Mt. Hood along the Timberline Trail! Total miles around 40.

My friend and I are flying into Portland on September 12th, and staying at the Hyatt place airport Hotel. My flight gets in around 1pm. I have rented a car that can hold 4 people, so 2 more with my friend riding as well. You will be responsible for your own flight and accommodations for this trip, including vehicle rental. I recommend whoever reserves a spot to get together and split the cost of rooms, and a vehicle. I can accommodate, and split the price of the vehicle with two others with myself and Paul. Thanks. It is around a 65 mile drive from Portland to the Timberline lodge where we will start our trip. We will start our trip on September 13th.
Our last day on trail will be September16th, and I have reserved a room for myself and a friend from September 16th, to the 18th at the airport Radisson. Feel free to fly out on the 17th if your schedule requires it.

I will be roughly following this 4 day itinerary from this trip report. Please read, and understand it. Modifications will be made as necessary. Thanks! And remember, plans can always change on trail.

This will be a strenuous trip, with a lot of elevation gain and loss, as well as multiple water crossings. Please understand your limitations as a backpacker, and be prepared for this Trip. You will need everything to keep you comfortable on a multiple day backpacking trip including food, shelter, water filter, sleep system, and clothes for the changing environment.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks.
