✨ Simple grounding exercises to bring calm and presence.
✨ A deep dive into self-regulation techniques to manage cortisol levels and reduce stress.
✨ Exploration of shadow work, ego strengthening, and self-worth building for a balanced life.

We begin each session with cameras on for introductions, and after that, feel free to turn yours off if you prefer.

About the Host:
I draw inspiration from Carl Jung, Pete Walker (Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving), and many other transformative authors. With both professional qualifications and lived experience, I specialize in understanding fight-flight responses, emotional regulation, and complex PTSD.
