Mentor Clinical Hypnotherapist Trauma Researcher Ally & Advocate
I am dedicated to helping women heal, integrate, and evolve beyond emotional trauma—so we can step into our power and live more fulfilling lives.
Through psycho-education, group support, and deep inner work, I guide women in processing trauma using proven techniques, including shadow work, Clinical Hypnosis, and insights from Complex PTSD research, Jungian psychology, and Evolutionary Astrology. With my personal and professional experience, I create a safe space for transformation.

Join our bi-weekly online gathering where we dive into healing the inner world through literature, discussion, and self-regulation techniques.
What We Explore in Each Session:
📖 Insightful Literature – We begin with a short reading from inspiring works such as:
- Women Who Run With the Wolves – Clarissa Pinkola Estés
- Shadow Work & Fairytale – Marie-Louise von Franz
- Mythology, poetry, and other thought-provoking texts
🌿 Deep Conversations & Learning – We discuss key themes such as:
- Shadow work and ego strengthening for a balanced life
- Self-confidence, self-worth, and self-love
- Practical self-regulation techniques for emotional resilience
🤝 A Safe & Supportive Community – This is a space for learning, sharing, and healing together. We start with cameras on for introductions, and afterward, feel free to turn yours off if you prefer.
About the Host:
I have an in-depth background in Carl Jung’s teachings, Pete Walker’s work on Complex PTSD, and various healing modalities. With both professional training and lived experience, I specialize in understanding the fight-flight response, emotional regulation, and deep inner work.
