We begin each session with cameras on for introductions, and after that, feel free to turn yours off if you prefer.
About the Host:
I draw inspiration from Carl Jung, Pete Walker (Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving), and many other transformative authors. With both professional qualifications and lived experience, I specialize in understanding fight-flight responses, emotional regulation, and complex PTSD.
