Practial Self-Hypnosis

This is going to be at the inaugural meeting of this group but I want to do some fun stuff too, and there's not a whole lot more fun than self-hypnosis when it's done the right way. In addition to exploring the interests of our group's members, you will also learn the absolute easiest way to create a nautic state in yourself, with very little preparation and with replicable success.

Come with an open mind and a desire to learn more about the capabilities of that mind.
