COhPy Monthly Meeting

Details
Physical location: Improving, Inc., One East Oval, Suite 175, Columbus (near Easton).
Schedule:
6:00 p.m.: Socialize, eat, and drink. Improving will be providing pizza and beverages.
6:30 to 8:00 pm. Main meeting and presentation(s).
Travis Burke will be presenting a talk on Poetry, a new virtual environment and dependency management tool:
Dependency management in python can be a messy job. A great tool that can help with that (and more) is Poetry. I'll show why you should consider using it even if they don't intend to publish their work, how to set up a project with it, and some tips and directions to the right resources to help out.
Also we'd like to plan out topics for the next few meetings. There is a google form where we are gathering info on who is interested in presenting and what topics will be of interest to attendees:

Additional information:
We meet on the last Monday of each Month. Presentations are given by members and friends of this group. If you would like to do a presentation (small or large) on a python topic, please contact John Cassidy at jocassid@gmail.com
