About us
Welcome to the Central Oregon Psychedelic Society (COPS).
This group is dedicated to education, integration, community connection, and responsible promotion within the psychedelic space in Central Oregon.
We bring together individuals who are curious about or experienced with psychedelics—including the general public, practitioners, facilitators, educators, and others across the broader ecosystem—to explore topics such as:
- The science and research behind psychedelics
- Mental health, trauma, and healing
- Psychedelic integration and lasting change
- Set, setting, and harm reduction
- Etc.
The events we promote may include educational talks, group discussions, facilitated integration circles, and more—all designed to support safe, thoughtful, and intentional engagement.
This is a community space—not a place to access illegal substances or legal advice.
To support a safe, respectful, and aligned community, all members are expected to review and follow our Group Conduct Guidelines, shown below.
Whether you're new to this topic or have prior experience, you’re welcome here. Our goal is to create a grounded, respectful, and supportive environment where people can learn, reflect, and connect.
We also want to express our gratitude to Elaine, the former founder of COPS, for her support in bringing this community back after a period of inactivity. Her original vision helped lay the foundation for what this group is today.
