Psychedelic Integration Circle
A grounded, supportive space for people to process, reflect on, and make meaning from psychedelic experiences in community. This circle is open to anyone exploring personal growth, emotional healing, spirituality, neurodivergence, self-discovery, or life changes connected to psychedelic experiences — whether recent or long ago.
Integration is the process of turning insight into lasting change. Sometimes experiences leave us with clarity, grief, confusion, questions, awe, emotional openness, or a sense that something important shifted. This group offers a space to talk about those experiences with others who value curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and nonjudgment.
Our circles are conversational, peer-supported, and trauma-aware. There is no pressure to share, no expectation to have everything figured out, and no requirement to have extensive psychedelic experience. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Topics may include:

  • Emotional processing and meaning-making
  • Relationships and attachment
  • Spiritual or existential experiences
  • Identity shifts and life transitions
  • Nervous system regulation and grounding
  • Challenges after difficult experiences
  • Building supportive habits and community
  • Creativity, purpose, and authenticity

What to expect:

  • Grounding exercise/check-in
  • Respectful group discussion
  • Reflection prompts or optional exercises
  • A warm, relaxed environment
  • Confidentiality and mutual respect

This is a peer-support community space and is not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis care. Please attend sober and with respect for the experiences and perspectives of others.
Whether your experience involved psilocybin, ketamine, ayahuasca, MDMA, cannabis, meditation, breathwork, or other non-ordinary states of consciousness, you are welcome here.
