VIDJAM Weekend

So, there's a Meetup for the group
scheduled for Friday at 7:00 pm for the Vidjam theme announcement. I and a few others will be there, but the competition lasts all weekend. If you can't make it to Tellus 360 for the theme, that's fine; if you're not close to Lancaster, it's a tough drive, so missing that is not at all prohibitive to being part of the process. It's just the starting line. Once the theme's announced, the fun begins. We have to write the script, get props, find locations, shoot it and edit it, all by Sunday night. So, if you're interested in writing, I've set this time and location that's open all night so we can get our thoughts together and words on the screen. If you're interested in writing, try to be there. If you're interested in acting, sets, etc., Friday isn't a big deal, but Saturday will be. Interested in post-production? Sunday may be the day for you. That being said, the writing will be harder if we don't know who's available the next day (i.e. actors, cameras, stuff like that) and so on. So, if you want to be part of the process (that's why we're all here, right?) RSVP for this, then post what your availability is and how you can contribute. This Meetup is the whole weekend, the time set is just the beginning. Let's get something done; I think it'll be fun and give us some experience on other projects we want to do go by forward.
