What we're about
We're a real estate education and networking group based in Central New Jersey. Beginners and experienced professionals alike are welcome to attend. We meet primarily in Neptune City (Monmouth County), though we do periodically meet at other locations within the county. We seek to provide value at each meeting through a combination of education, case studies and discussions of real deals, and networking. One of our goals is to not simply teach the theoretical, but also to provide connections with others and/or something concrete that you can actually use.
Whether you're into fix-and-flips, buy-and-holds, tax liens, notes, wholesaling, etc. it doesn't matter. We'll cover it all and everyone is welcome regardless of background, experience level, geographic locations, etc. When you join our group you'll have the chance to find a partner, learn something new, and help out someone else.

Dan Velez is an experienced CPA turned real estate agent and investor.
With a corporate background and experience of working with Fortune 50 companies to small tech start-ups through various industries, Dan has a wide breadth of experience in financial operations, financial controls and a focus on lean processes. Throughout his career, he has developed a niche for assisting companies in implementing scalable processes and systems.
In addition to his expertise in the corporate world, Dan has always had a passion for real estate. He is an investor friendly agent, who is currently focused on building a real estate acquisitions firm with a focus on value-add multi-family properties.
His unique combination of skills and experiences enables him to quickly & thoroughly understand the real estate market and various types of investments. So regardless of whether you're a first-time homebuyer, an experienced investor looking for your next flip or rental, or a passive investor who wants to own real estate without the headaches, Dan can help!
