[Online Talk] auto-start English room
Let's talk with friendly people in English!!
Zoom will let you enter the meeting room when the time comes. The meeting will be shut automatically at closing time.
Zoom may have some time lag before it starts.

1.) Time slot & Duration
Please kindly check the meeting time at your local time.
Zoom will let you enter the meeting room when the time comes, but Zoom may require some timelag before it starts.
The meeting ends automatically when the closing time comes.
(The meeting length is 40 minutes.)

2.) Rules
No offense! Respect other participants and avoid abrasive behaviors.
Try to share opportunities to speak up as fairly as possible.
You must NOT video-record the meeting or take a screenshot without permission.

3.) Host
The host may not show up in time or until the end if they have an urgent issue. (This is partly because the host resides in a country where the Internet is unstable.) Please begin the conversation among participants. Begin with introducing yourself to each other, and talk freely.
No immediate support is available. (Sorry!) If there's a problem while the host is absent, leave the room for yourself.
If no one else shows up, please wait for a while. Some members might be just late. If you can leave the room when you can't wait any longer.
In case you cannot hear others or make yourself heard, you may solve the problem by getting out of the room and entering it again.

4.) Grouping
When more than a certain number of participants are in the main session, the host will create breakout rooms and send them into a room. Each group will consist of 2-5 people.
Even if the host cannot attend the meeting for some reason, the meeting itself will start as planned. In that case, please talk among participants in the main session because the host cannot prepare breakout rooms.

Video-on is recommended for having a comfortable meeting.

7.) How to enter Zoom meeting
Please confirm your name is on the attendees' list.
Then click the link for the Zoom meeting room.

8.) Topics
Make sure to respect other participants. Avoid sensitive topics other participants don't like to talk about. Stop asking something your partner would rather not answer. Also, please try to share chances to speak out during the meeting as possible.
You can decide on what to discuss with other participants. No preparation is needed, but if you are worried about missing what to talk about, you can pick up some ideas in advance.
