It ends at the park where the vendors and entertainment stage will be. It's a great day from start to finish.
We're inviting all supporters of CFI-LI to celebrate Long Island Pride with us! Let’s make this year’s Pride Parade an unforgettable celebration!
Last year, more than 150,000 people marched, gathered, and celebrated across Long Island, Queens, and the North Fork under the theme Defiant Joy .
In a time when LGBTQ+ people were being targeted in schools, legislatures, and public spaces, our community chose visibility over fear, connection over isolation, and joy over silence. That choice mattered.
It sent a message — that we would not retreat, we would not be erased, and we would not be divided.
This year, we move forward with that same spirit and even greater resolve under a new theme:
UNSTOPPABLE PRIDE
Here. Now. Always.
## Unstoppable PrideHere. Now. Always
## Because in a time when LGBTQ+ people continue to be targeted in schools, legislatures, and courts, our community remains unstoppable — in our love, our leadership, and our fight for justice.
We are here in our families and neighborhoods.
We are here in our classrooms and workplaces.
We are here in our advocacy and our service.
We are here now.
We have always been here.
And together, we are building a future rooted in dignity, safety, and belonging for all.
## A Call to All Long Islanders: This is the Most Consequential LI Pride Ever
Long Island, we need you.
At a time when our community is under attack like never before—when our rights, our history, and even our very existence are being challenged—we cannot afford to be silent.
This is not just another Pride. This is a moment in history. This is a call to action. This is our movement.
For 36 years, Long Island Pride has been more than a parade—it has been a statement of resilience, power, and unapologetic joy . We’ve fought too hard and come too far to let anyone turn back the clock on our rights, our visibility, and our community.
Now, more than ever, we must stand together.
No matter who you are, no matter where you live—from Nassau to the East End—this is YOUR Pride. This is YOUR moment to show up, speak out, and be counted. This is YOUR time to march, dance, and celebrate in defiance of those who want to erase us.
Because joy is resistance. Visibility is power. And unity is unstoppable.
## Long Island Pride 2026: 36 Years of Unstoppable Pride
This year, we celebrate 36 years of persistence, power, and Pride . We honor those who fought for our right to be here. And we march forward—unapologetic, unstoppable, and more joyful than ever.
