Catch the bus no 67 from Bradford Interchange at 10.00 am to Foster Park Denholme .
Walk starts at 10.34 on arrival of Bus
Initially the Millennium Way takes us to Thornton Moor Reservoir .At the junction past the reservoir we take Hambleton Lane for a short distance for a path heading west & over Nab Hill. Here we cross the track to drop to Warley Moor Reservoir .WE follow the Catchment to Limers Gate .A path here ascends over High Knoll & onto the A6033.We cross the road to drop drop to Crimsworth Dean & Lumb Bridge ( waterfall ) A short climb to Nook for a track to descend gently to Horse Bridge & MIdgehole .Here a series of paths following the Clough takes us into Hebden Bridge and the end of this walk .The finish Time of 15.30 is only an estimate and could be later or earlier on the day .
Please note that there is currently no Bus Service between Hebden Bridge and Keighley at the moment so you will have return to Bradford by train .
NB It is very important that correct clothing is worn or carried on our walks, including waterproofs, woolly hats or sunhats, warm gloves and sturdy hiking boots, as we often walk on rough terrain. The walk leaders have the right to refuse to allow anybody not properly equipped to join the walk. Please come prepared. You will need a packed lunch and enough fluids, and you may need sun cream and insect repellent.
