Please note the number of members attending our Saturday walks is usually between 10 and 20 The number of members attending on the day on Meetup is not relevant to to numbers walking on the day as many of our established members do not use Meetup .

Mytholmroyd Circular - Coiners Country
Catch train at 10.04 from Bradford Interchange to Mytholmroyd Railway Station

Distance: 7. miles circular
Ascent 1569 ft
Walk starts at 10.30 from Mytholmroyd rail Station .
We leave Mytholmroyd station and follow a path to join the Crag Vale heritage trail taking us up through Broadhead Clough nature reserve .
From Bell House Moor we drop down into paper Mill Wood crossing Cragg Vale brook to join the Calderdale Way up to Weather hill .The path then takes us through wooded areas of Dean Hey & Hollin Hey to Scout Road .Dropping down past little Scout farm , across the railway & river to join the canal tow path back .
The Dusty Miller pub is on our way back to the train station .
Trains back from Mytholmroyd 15:52, 16:53, 17:52 .
There is no charge for our Saturday walks .

If you are coming out with our group on a Sunday for the first time - please send a message and let us know where wish to board the coach and we can make sure someone is there to look out for you .
* Please bring all food and drinks you need for the day an dress appropriately .
* Please note no dogs are permitted .
Walks are subject to change depending on time available and weather and our walk leaders are not first aid trained .
