I'm interested in hearing about http://foundation.zurb.com/ or other frameworks aiming to provide a solid foundation for building cross-platform web apps.

I'd be VERY interested in a talk about react/flux I know there are a few people in the group that have worked with it :)

Along with volunteering (which you should totally do because it’s lots of fun) if you don’t having something that you would like to talk about but you do have a topic you would like to hear about we would love to hear it.

Thanks!

Hey guys, there's a great event going on this weekend to support STEM education. If you are available, please consider volunteering, you could be the catalyst for a child choosing a STEM career. Please see below for more information.

Also, we are in need of speakers starting from Jan 8th, if you have a topic you'd like to talk about, or you want someone else to talk about, please contact myself or Chris Keathley at [address removed].

The Hour of Code initiative in Southeast Tennessee will demystify coding and get people of all ages coding through simple, easy-to-use tutorials. Schools and community organizations throughout our region can hold their own Hour of Code events for teachers, students and even parents. Opening the door to computer science means opening the door to learning, creativity and future careers.

Volunteers needed - We need computer science professionals for two Hour of Code events on Saturday, Dec. 13. There will be a 30-minute session during each event for students to ask local professionals questions about coding, computer science careers, and more. Times needed: 10:30-11:00 am at the Brainerd Rec Center; 1:30-2:00 pm at the downtown library.
