About us

I love bbq, all summer (all 2 months of it) we try to get outside to smoke meat, brisket, ribs, chicken, beef ribs, pork, etc....We would like to find 4 or 5 bbq enthusiasts to bring your rig over and have a small festival/party/social gathering of sorts for one weekend a month during the summer time. Exchange ideas and cooking styles, learn about different types of smokers and of course eat:) We are by no means experts but love to learn.
