Chair Yoga – Gentle Movement for Strength, Balance & Wellbeing

Looking for a safe, supportive way to ease back into movement? Join us for Chair Yoga – a gentle class designed especially for those recovering from injury or surgery, returning to exercise after a break, seniors, or complete beginners. No experience is necessary, and all movements can be adapted to suit your needs.

Each class includes a combination of seated and optional standing postures (using the chair for support) to help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and focus – all important for everyday life and long-term wellbeing.

Expect a calm, welcoming environment with clear guidance and plenty of modifications to ensure you feel comfortable and confident throughout. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking for a more accessible practice, this class is for you.
