Chakradance Treasure Valley

Chakradance is a deeply transformative movement practice rooted in Jungian psychology, musical vibration, guided visualization, and authentic self-expression through intuitive dance and art. Chakradance is a safe and grounded meditation practice that invites you to move intuitively — allowing the body, emotions, subconscious, and soul to communicate through movement in a safe and supportive space.

Created by Natalie Southgate and inspired by the work of Carl Jung, Chakradance explores the idea that the psyche speaks in symbols, archetypes, emotion, and imagination. Each chakra corresponds not only to an energetic center within the body, but also to aspects of the unconscious mind and human experience. Through specifically designed music, guided imagery, spontaneous movement, mandala art, and meditation, participants are gently guided inward to explore and reconnect with hidden parts of themselves.

A typical session may include:
* Guided visualization and grounding
*Free-form intuitive movement
*Music specifically composed for each chakra
*Emotional release and energetic expression
*Mandala artwork and reflective integration
* Asafe, non-judgmental environment for self-discovery
No dance experience is needed. Chakradance is not about performance, fitness, or “getting the steps right.” It is about reconnecting with your authentic self beneath conditioning, stress, roles, and expectations. Participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, emotionally released, creatively inspired, and deeply connected to themselves.

This practice honors the connection between body, psyche, and soul — creating space for through movement, symbolism, and embodied awareness for transformation that will manifest in your real life through dance and art.
