This is a space to slow down, calm your mind, and reset your energy in a simple, practical way.
I host a free weekly Zoom class every Wednesday at 5:30 PM
where you’ll be guided through techniques to help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your thoughts and emotions.
Each session includes a guided reset along with tools you can use in real time when you feel stressed, anxious, or mentally overwhelmed.
You do not need any experience with meditation or energy work to join. Everything is beginner-friendly and designed to be easy to follow.
