Champions of Agile: What is the future of work in agility ?
·OnlineOnlineChampions of Agile is an online live discussion group for people who are championing lean and agile ways of working. Each session will start with a question and then the discussion will then unfold.
Everyone who comes along will be able to the use insights which have been shared, so don't say anything which is commercially or security sensitive.
To help to facilitate free speech, while creating a place of safety, we will abide by The Chatham House Rule:
"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed."
https://www.chathamhouse.org/about-us/chatham-house-ruleEach event will be unique, this will be helped by following the four rules and one law of Open Space Technology.
The four rules: "Whoever comes is the right people, whatever happens is the only thing that could have, when it starts is the right time, when it’s over it’s over". (Thus the event may end early or even extend).
The one law of Open Space Technology is The Law of Two Feet: this states that: “If, during the course of the gathering, any person finds themselves in a situation where they are neither learning nor contributing, they can go to some more productive place.” (Yes, that's right, you are free to leave as and when you wish, no apologies nescessary).
https://openspaceworld.org/wp2/explore/open-space-key-concepts/To give everyone the oppourtunity to speak, when you have something to say, click the icon to raise your hand and you'll get your turn.
Please keep messages in the chat to ones which support the conversation. References to related books and resources are most welcome.
Feel free to share any thoughts you may have or links to resources in the chat which you think would add positively to people's preparation for this event.
