In the spirit of love and connection, join us this May 18 for a transformative day of healing, awakening and community. This full day is designed to nourish our mind, body and soul. Whether you are looking to cultivate self love, deepen your spiritual practice, or simply share in the warmth of a supportive community.

• An inspiring walking meditation with recording of Dr Joe Dispenza. (it will be emailed for download)
• A delicious catered lunch.
• A pre-recorded lecture from author and spiritual teacher
• A seated guided meditation
• An in-person coherence healing session for physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• A lively social gathering to integrate the day’s experiences and celebrate our amazing community

For added comfort, bring an eye mask, pillow, yoga mat, or blanket.
