About us
If you’ve been stuck for a while — isolated, or with people who don't inspire you anymore, or spending to much time in your head — this is a place to come out, connect, and maybe change course.
Change Studio exists to help people move from thinking about change to doing something about it. It’s a shared space where intentional conversation, reflection, and practical frameworks come together to support real decisions and clear next steps.
I created this group because I’ve met too many people who feel stuck — unable to find a way forward with both big and small decisions in their lives. Our gatherings offer a safe space, invite meaningful conversation, and help you leave with ideas and momentum to move forward.
This group is for you if:
- What you’re doing right now isn’t moving you forward
- You feel stuck or circling the same things
- You want change, but don’t want to figure it out alone
- You want to connect with others through meaningful conversations
We gather in different ways — journaling sessions, coffee conversations, in-person and online workshops, and occasional outdoor activities. Our meetings are sometimes quiet and reflective, sometimes more conversational, but all are designed to help you leave with more clarity and a sense of direction.
I’ll bring the structure. You’ll bring honest, heartfelt conversation. Together, we’ll work toward what comes next.
A bit about me:
I’ve been bringing people together for over a decade — hosting meetups, workshops, and facilitated groups. I care deeply about creating spaces where people can speak honestly, connect in a real way, and leave with something useful.
If you’re looking for a place to think things through, connect with others, and take your next step, you’re very welcome here.

ONLY 4 seats - Reserve on EventbriteOur Topic This Week: Staying Open in Everyday Moments
- Have you ever noticed how quickly your mood can shift?
A comment from someone, a change of plans, a frustrating email — and suddenly something inside tightens. We tense up, resist the moment, or quietly shut down. - In this Coffee & Change gathering, we’ll explore a simple but powerful question: How do everyday moments influence how we feel inside?
- Together we’ll reflect on the moments when we tense up, resist, or shut down — and what it might look like to stay a little more open instead.
- Through a few short writing prompts and an honest conversation, we’ll become more aware of the inner patterns that shape how we experience our days.
Coffee & Change is a recurring gathering in local cafés for people who want to think more clearly, challenge old narratives, and consider new possibilities.
Each session centers around a real-life theme—like indecision, resistance, doubt, or goals—and blends open conversation, guided reflection, and coaching-inspired tools to help you see what’s coming up for you and explore what could be next.
