Exploring Buddhist Thought
What the Buddha taught - "The Four Noble Truths" - the essence of the Mahayana path of Tibetan Buddhism. ALL the Buddha's teachings arise out of these four truths, from beginning meditation to the deepest selflessness and emptiness teachings.
These classes offer a variety of talks based on core Buddhist principles . . . what the Buddha meant by suffering, causes of suffering, what is nirvana "the cessation of suffering" and the path that leads to liberation from suffering. Plenty of time for Q&A

Tenzin to accept the title "Lama" from her students and instructed her to teach all levels of Tibetan Buddhism; Shamata and Vipasana meditations, the Pali Sutras, Kryia and Highest Yoga Tantras.
Sessions are appropriate for all level of attendees and spiritual beliefs.
Venerable Tenzin has Bachelors of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Psychology.
