Ticket Cancellation & Change Policy
Due to very limited seating (4-5 seats per session), the following policies apply.
Please check your schedule carefully before purchasing.
1. Cancellations & Refunds
- Up to 8 days prior: 70% refund (30% fee)
- 7 to 4 days prior: 50% refund (50% fee)
- 3 days or less / No-show: Non-refundable (100% fee)
2. Ticket Changes (Date/Session)
- Up to 8 days prior: Permitted for a 20% fee.
- 7 to 4 days prior: Not directly changeable. Please cancel for a 50% refund and rebook.
- 3 days or less prior: No changes or refunds allowed.
