A 4-session small-group series on identity, meaning, purpose, and connection in this next chapter.

Retirement is one of life's biggest transitions. It can reshape how you see yourself, spend your time, and connect with others. This series is for professionals who are approaching retirement or in their first few years of it and want to navigate this transition alongside others.

Over two weeks, you'll meet four times with the same group of peers, led by a professional facilitator. Through guided exercises and open discussions, you'll explore questions such as: Who am I beyond my career? What makes my days feel meaningful? Where will I find new connections and purpose?

  • Session 1 - Welcome & Identity (Mon, 10/5, 2pm ET )
  • Session 2 - Meaning & Purpose (Wed, 10/7, 2pm ET)
  • Session 3 - Connection & Social Fitness (Mon, 10/12, 2pm ET)
  • Session 4 - What's Next (Wed, 10/14, 2pm ET)

What to Expect:

  • A consistent group: Meet with the same, small group across four sessions for deeper conversation and connection.
  • Four interactive online sessions: Each 60 minute session combines a guided activity and facilitated group discussion
  • Supportive Environment: There is no universal guidebook doing retirement “right.” You’ll be invited to share openly, participate without judgement, and exchange ideas.

Please Note:

  • Participants are asked to commit to all four sessions and engage as fully as they feel comfortable. There's a $25 registration fee to hold your seat and ensure those who sign-up participate in the program.
  • Spots are limited, so save your spot early. Groups are intentionally kept small for deeper conversation and connection.

Please note: This is a camera-on discussion — please join by video with your camera on for the session.

This event is part of the Chapter Community, a space for people in or approaching retirement to connect, explore, and try new things, together. We kindly ask that participation be limited to this community, so the space can stay true to its mission.
