Join us for a fireside chat with Karen, a retired nurse who found a new purpose in her next chapter, one vintage dish at a time.

After 38 years in nursing, Karen retired earlier than she'd planned and wasn't sure what would come next. She turned a longtime love of vintage dishes into a booth at an antique mercantile, with no retail experience and no business plan. What started as a six-month experiment became, in her words, "cheaper than therapy," and brought her creativity, a reason to keep learning, and a new community.

In this fireside chat, Karen will share how she navigated the transition out of a long career, how she found her footing after those first uncertain months, and why she believes there's "more to retirement than a recliner life." Come hear her story, and we'll leave plenty of time for your questions as well.
