[Online] Next Chapter Stories: Leaving 40 Years in the Arts for a Calling
Details
A fireside chat with Frish Brandt on retiring from her art gallery to become a letter midwife, helping people write essential letters.
--
Join us for a fireside conversation with Frish Brandt, who retired from more than four decades in the art world, 39 of them leading the Fraenkel Gallery, and is now writing her next chapter as a letter midwife and author, helping people capture what matters most in letters.
Frish loved her career, and yet felt a quiet pull toward something more meaningful. Following it meant letting go of a steady paycheck, a familiar identity, and the daily rhythm that came with both, and discovering what could fill that space instead.
In this fireside conversation, Frish will share how she knew it was time, what stepping away was really like, and what she’s found on the other side. If you’re wondering what comes after a long career, come be inspired by what’s possible and take away ideas for your own next chapter. We’ll have plenty of time for your questions.
Please note: This is a camera-on discussion — please join by video with your camera on for the session.
